PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") is an integral part of the Regulations of our store. By accepting the Regulations, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Before using our store, the Buyer should read the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of people using our store.
1. Administrator
1.1.The administrator of personal data of people using our store, including Buyers and Users, is FHU "MEPA" Anna Mościcka, 21-040 Świdnik, ul. Okulickiego 8J, ("Administrator").
1.2. The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").
2. Data Collected
The collected personal data includes: name and surname, name (company), tax identification number, business address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, username and password, IP address of the computer from which the registration was made or the order was placed. Personal data is collected when registering the User, completing the Order form, subscribing to the newsletter, using LiveChat, during communication with the data subject.
3. Purposes of data processing
The data will be processed in order to:
3.1.Provision of the Account service - for the period of keeping the Account for the User, until the termination of the User Account at the request of the User - pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. b) GDPR;
3.2.Conclusion and implementation of contracts for the sale of products through the Portal - until the contract is completed - pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. b) and art. 9 item 2 lit. h) GDPR;
3.3.The Administrator's implementation of its legal obligations, tax law - for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the due date of payment of tax due in connection with the conclusion and implementation of the contract of sale of the product via the Portal has expired, or longer if required by law - based on Article. 6 clause 1 lit. c) and art. 9 item 2 lit. h) GDPR;
3.4. Enabling the use of the LiveChat service - pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. a) and art. 9 item 2 lit. a) GDPR - until the consent is withdrawn;
3.5. Establishing, investigating or defending against claims that the Administrator or you may have in relation to each other (including data contained in the User's Account, data on product sales contracts via the Portal, data processed in connection with answering questions as part of the LiveChat service) - based on Article. 6 clause 1 lit. f) and art. 9 item 2 lit. h) GDPR - for the periods of limitation of claims, as defined by law;
3.7. Displaying personalized ads on our store's website, including understanding of purchasing processes and connections between products, based on purchase history, products in the customer's basket and history of viewed products - up to an objection - pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. f) GDPR;
4. Voluntary submission of data, go will give for processing
4.1.Providing data is voluntary. To the extent indicated in the Regulations, providing data is necessary for the purpose of Registration or submission and implementation of the Order.
4.2.You can provide your personal data without consenting to its processing for the purpose of receiving the newsletter or using the LiveChat service.
